The entrance to the Dutch port

The picture shows a maritime scene with several sailing ships and boats of different sizes on calm water. Larger vessels with their masts extended can be seen in the background and there are hints of other ships on the horizon. The sky is vast with fine clouds, indicating fine weather. In the foreground, small boats are seen on the shore with sails set and two figures standing next to them interacting.
