Personal collection:

By courier company GLS:
Most of our prints, reproductions and paintings are transported by GLS courier. You can also track your shipment on the GLS website. Depending on the country and size of the shipment, we also use DPD, FEDEX or UPS services.

1) As soon as we dispatch your parcel (every day at about 12.00), we will inform you by email that the parcel will be delivered in a few working days.
2) If the driver does not reach you, he or she will leave a sticker in your mailbox or by your doorbell with the dispatch contact and notification of the failed delivery, and you should receive an email and text message with the next steps.

DISCOUNTS

Bonus on your next order
After your first order you will receive a coupon with a bonus on your next order. This bonus is calculated as a tenth of the value of the pictures purchased. The bonus is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other discounts. The bonus is linked to your email - you must use this address in your new order! The bonus is not automatically deducted during the order process - you must request it in the order! You can use the bonus up to one third of the value of the pictures.
