This painting is inspired by Greek mythology: it depicts a girl named Danae who has just been possessed by Zeus, who has been transformed into a golden rain (Danae then gave birth to Perseus). A full third of the bold and erotic composition is filled with Danaé's thigh, which spreads her legs for Zeus to enter her. Although Danaé is asleep, her right hand is in a loving spasm and her face has a blissful and satisfied expression. Prevailing color of this fine art print is orange and its shape is square. This image is printed on demand - you can choose material, size and finishing.
