"A Street in Auvers" by Vincent Willem van Gogh is an oil painting that was painted during his stay in Auvers-sur-Oise, France. This work is one of many paintings by van Gogh that depict rural scenes and urban motifs, and is characterized by his signature post-impressionist style. "Street in Auvers" depicts a country street in the French town of Auvers-sur-Oise. The painting depicts a typical village scene with houses arranged along a narrow road. The houses are simple and rustic, with characteristic shingled roofs and shuttered windows.

Van Gogh paid special attention to color and light. The painting is full of bold colors that emphasize the beauty and uniqueness of ordinary village houses. The sky is painted a deep blue, which contrasts with the warm tones of the houses and the road.

One of the prominent elements in the painting is the path leading to the middle of the composition. This path is reddish-brown and leads the viewer into the depth of the image, creating an impression of perspective and depth.

Van Gogh's signature brushwork is also evident in the painting. His brush strokes are visible and add texture and dynamism to the piece.

Vincent Willem van Gogh (1853-1890). Dutch painter belonging to Post-Impressionism. His paintings (some 900 paintings and 1,100 drawings and sketches) are among the most famous in the world and are sold for exorbitant sums (except for those in our shop). Parisian Impressionists He lived in Paris from 1886 and was influenced by the use of bright colours - most of his works were painted during this period. In his paintings, Gogh uses contrasting colours (often blue and orange - he said that I want to use colours other contrasts to each of them shone even more to contrast a man and a woman). He was known for his excesses and amputated an ear after the break-up of his friendship with Gauguin. There is a lot of speculation about this incident (he possibly suffered from heavy metal poisoning from paint that had caused mental problems). In 1890, unfortunately he committed suicide.
